About Omega Foundation
Omega Foundation was founded on a simple but powerful belief — that every individual deserves dignity, care, and the opportunity to thrive, regardless of circumstance. What began as a commitment to serve others has grown into a cross-continental mission rooted in compassion, integrity, and long-term impact.
The journey began in 2020 when Beatrice Andoh founded Omega Home Health Inc., a nonprofit home health agency serving communities throughout Colorado. Through ethical leadership and strategic partnerships with insurance providers, Omega Home Health delivered skilled nursing, companionship, and comprehensive in-home care to hundreds of patients across the state.
As the agency expanded and more lives were touched, the vision expanded as well. Alongside Director Tony Asibbey, and inspired by their shared heritage, they established the Ghana branch of Omega Foundation on June 12, 2025, to give back through outreach initiatives, healthcare accessibility programs, youth empowerment efforts, and holistic community support services.
In 2026, Omega Foundation established its Colorado branch, strengthening its commitment to serve both the United States and Ghana. Today, the foundation operates with a unified purpose: to uplift vulnerable populations, strengthen families, and build sustainable pathways toward opportunity.
With plans to expand programs, deepen partnerships, and continue growing its impact locally and internationally, Omega Foundation remains committed to ensuring that no community is forgotten and no individual is left without support.
